How do you ensure the freshness of the fish during delivery?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and high-grade cooling gels to maintain a strict cold chain from our kitchen to your door, ensuring your sushi arrives at peak freshness.
What is your delivery radius and schedule?
We currently deliver within a 15-mile radius of our central kitchen. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day dinner delivery between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Do you offer options for those with shellfish allergies?
Yes, we have a dedicated 'Shellfish-Free' section on our menu. However, please note that all our food is prepared in a facility that handles shellfish, so cross-contamination is possible.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because our chefs begin preparing your rolls shortly after an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations must be made within 15 minutes of placing your order.
What is your policy on returns or unsatisfactory orders?
As we deal with perishable food, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact our support team within 1 hour of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Is your fish sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. Little Fish Sushi is committed to ocean health. We partner exclusively with suppliers who provide MSC-certified wild-caught fish and responsibly farmed seafood.
